Plain answers
Six questions, answered in plain language — the specifics land in your closing pack, not in legalese here.
Yes. Property in the Bay Islands is fee-simple titled, and US-underwritten title insurance is standard on RCL closings. You can own up to the personal-ownership area limit in your own name; larger holdings close through a straightforward Honduran company that RCL sets up as part of the process.
This is guidance rather than legal advice — your closing pack itemises the specifics that apply to your purchase.
Calls run at 10:00 AM, 2:30 PM and 4:00 PM PST with at least two hours’ notice, hosted by Luisa in English or Spanish.
Island visits are full days: you choose your arrival and departure dates up to three months ahead, RCL confirms on WhatsApp, and the hours are planned together — property walkthroughs through to dinner, every stop mapped. Cancel or change anytime, and there is no sales pressure.
Yes. Every listing carries its exact current price, and the official price guide covers every project and release across the island, maintained by the RCL team. Prices update as phases sell, so the live collection is the source of truth.
Nothing changes in what you pay. Your referrer stays attached to the introduction, which is time-stamped for their protection, and RCL handles tours, diligence and closing locally. Compensation to referrers comes from RCL and is never added to your price.
Typically 30–60 days: reservation, purchase agreement, title search, escrow, registration. Purchases are priced in USD with funds held in US escrow, and RCL’s local team — attorney, notary, translations, registration — is your single point of contact through closing day.
It stays private and is never sold. Booking a call or a visit creates your account automatically so your shortlist, your visit and your property brief live in one place — and you can walk away at any time.
