Acceptance of terms
By using rclcollection.com ("the site"), operated by Roatán Caribbean Living ("RCL"), you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
What the site is
RCL Private Collection presents homes, residences and build-ready homesites on Roatán, Bay Islands, with exact prices. It lets you schedule private calls, plan island visits and tours, save a shortlist, receive property collections shared by a referrer, and download a property brief. It is an information and introduction service: every purchase is completed through its own separate purchase agreement, due diligence and closing process.

Prices, availability, specifications and completion dates shown on the site are current to our best knowledge but can change or be withdrawn without notice. Photographs and renders are illustrative. Statements about ownership structures, title insurance and closing timelines describe our usual experience and are not legal guarantees — verify everything material to you during due diligence with your own advisors before you commit to anything.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to enter binding contracts to use the booking and account features of this site.
Accounts
A buyer account is created automatically when you book a call or visit, or when a referrer invites you. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in links and password private and for the accuracy of the information on your record. We may suspend accounts used abusively.
Referrer program
Referrers and Sub-Referrers introduce buyers to the collection under a separate referrer agreement with RCL. Introductions are time-stamped; attribution follows the client's activity and can only be changed by RCL. Compensation is paid by RCL and is never added to a buyer's price.
Intellectual property
The site, its design, text, photography and data are RCL's or its licensors' property. You may share collection links and download your property brief for personal use; any other reproduction requires our written permission.
Copyright concerns
If you believe content on this site infringes your rights, write to the contact address below with enough detail for us to locate and assess it, and we will respond promptly.
Fair dealing
We offer the collection on equal terms to all buyers, consistent with applicable anti-discrimination law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, RCL is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, and our total liability related to the site is limited to the fees you paid us for using it (the site itself is free). Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Indemnification
You agree to hold RCL harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Honduras. Disputes are subject to the courts of Roatán, Bay Islands, unless mandatory consumer law where you live provides otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the updated terms.
